Andrew has been a leader in Commercial Litigation in New South Wales for more than 25 years. He also has extensive experience in Insurance, Intellectual Property and Media Law.

Andrew’s experience includes a broad range of commercial litigation matters in the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court and the Federal Court, including trade practices litigation, franchise litigation, defending and prosecuting matters for and against liquidators, and all types of intellectual property litigation, including passing off, trade marks and breach of copyright. His litigation experience extends also to director’s duties, and to all other matters arising under the Corporations Act.

Andrew’s practice also involves comprehensive experience in negotiating and drafting all forms of intellectual property agreements (franchise, joint venture, assignments, sponsorships), registration of certification trade marks and dealings with the ACCC.

He is also experienced in defamation actions and all other aspects of media law.

Andrew acts for a range of public listed companies, private companies, insolvency practitioners, media groups and government departments.
