Micreo Limited

Acted for the corporate and individual shareholders of Micreo Limited, a specialised electronic warfare subsystem provider to global defence companies, in respect of the sale of all of the securities in Micreo Limited to NYSE listed company, L 3 Communications Inc.

Prima BioMed Limited

Acted for Prima BioMed Limited, a cancer treatment development company listed on both the ASX and NASDAQ, in respect of its acquisition of Immutep SA, a Paris based chemoimmunotherapy research and licensing business.

SEB Private Equity

Acted for SEB PE Fund II, a leading Nordic based global private equity investor, on the Australian aspects of its global acquisition of Accedo Broadband.

Security and Intelligence Services (India) Limited

Acted for SIS India, one of the largest security services businesses in India and Australia, on the Australian aspects of its proposed Indian IPO.

Sonic Healthcare Limited

Acted for Sonic subsidiary, Sonic HealthPlus Pty Ltd, in respect of its acquisition of the workplace health and travel vaccination businesses of Medibank Private Limited (ASX:  MPL).

Acted for Sonic subsidiary, Sonic Clinical Services Pty Ltd, in respect of its acquisition and funding of Apollo Health, a medical centre developer and operator, and subsequent disposal to St John Ambulance.

Acted for Sonic subsidiary, Sonic Clinical Services Pty Ltd, in respect of its acquisition of Allied Medical Group, a major Victorian medical centre operator.

Virgin Management

Advised Sir Richard Branson on the Corporations Act implications of proposed changes to his shareholding in Virgin Airlines and the potential establishment of, and funding for, an Australian base for the Virgin Galactic enterprise.
