Michael Miller is a Special Counsel with more than 20 years experience providing advice in relation to commercial litigation disputes in property, joint ventures, construction, banking and professional services and commodities.

He has worked as In-House Counsel for a property development company providing project management, construction, body corporate, leasing and governance advice.

In his current role at Russells, Michael regularly provides advice in relation to complex commercial litigation disputes.  He also provides advice in relation to class actions, banking disputes, construction disputes, negligence, liability under the ACL and minority shareholder disputes.

Michael is widely respected for his breadth of experience and astute commercial advice.
