Teneale Henderson is a Senior Associate in the Brisbane office.

Since her admission to the legal profession in 2008 Teneale has practised at Russells almost exclusively in the field of commercial litigation and has acted in some high profile matters.

Teneale’s experience extends to acting for a broad range of clients in litigation matters involving partnership disputes, contractual disputes, solicitor’s professional negligence, insurance and financial services.

Her practice has included representing directors of financial advisory companies.  Teneale has for many years been involved  in Federal Court litigation commenced against directors of a large financial advisory company by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission for breaches of their duties as directors under the Corporations Act 2001.

Teneale has also been involved in a number of appellant proceedings in the Federal Court and Queensland Court of Appeal.
